Due to rules administered by the local Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”), all details of any transaction that are procured by the Agency may be used for publication in the MLS.
This includes, but is not limited to, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), real estate websites, newspapers, etc.
Any information furnished to either party through the Multiple Listing Service or in any property condition report should be independently verified by that party before that party relies on such information.
In no event shall the Purchaser list, allow or cause to be listed for sale, lease, assignment or otherwise the Property or an interest under this Agreement on a listing service system including, without limitation, the Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”) or on, by or through any other publication or medium, including, without limitation, any form of social media or through any website or application.
