NCIT Disabling Device definition

NCIT Disabling Device means any software, hardware or other technology, device or means (including any back door, time bomb, time out, drop dead device, software routine or other disabling device) used by NCIT or its designee to disable any Person’s (including, without limitation, Licensee’s or any Authorized User’s) access to or use of the Services automatically with the passage of time or under the positive control of NCIT or its designee.

Related to NCIT Disabling Device

  • Disabling Devices means undisclosed Software viruses, time bombs, logic bombs, trojan horses, trap doors, back doors, or other computer instructions, intentional devices or techniques that are designed to threaten, infect, assault, vandalize, defraud, disrupt, damage, disable, maliciously encumber, hack into, incapacitate, infiltrate or slow or shut down a computer system or any component of such computer system, including any such device affecting system security or compromising or disclosing user data in an unauthorized manner.

  • Disabling Event means the General Partner ceasing to be the general partner of the Partnership pursuant to Section 17-402 of the Act.

  • total disablement means such disablement, whether of a temporary or permanent nature, as incapacitates a workman for all work which he was capable of performing at the time of the accident resulting in such disablement:

  • Disability or Disabled means you are unable to perform the usual duties of your job as a result of an illness or an injury. Provided your dependent’s condition is certified by a doctor, he or she will be considered disabled if he or she is unable to perform his or her usual daily activities.

  • Evidential Breath Testing Device (EBT) means a device approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for the evidentiary testing of breath for alcohol concentration and placed on its Conforming Products List for such devices.
