Net Asset Value or "NAV” means per Unit value of the Trust arrived at by dividing the Net Assets by the number of Units outstanding.

  • If the General Partner repurchases any REIT Shares (other than REIT Shares repurchased with proceeds received from the issuance of other REIT Shares), then the General Partner shall cause the Partnership to purchase from the General Partner a number of Partnership Units having the same Class designation as the redeemed REIT Shares for that Class of Partnership Units on the same terms that the General Partner repurchased such REIT Shares (including any applicable discount to Net Asset Value).

  • If the Special Limited Partner elects to receive such distributions in Partnership Units, the Special Limited Partner will receive the number of Partnership Units that results from dividing the Performance Allocation by the Net Asset Value per Unit of the applicable Class of Partnership Units at the time of such distribution.
