  • The Net Asset Value per Share shall be determined separately for each Series and Class at times prescribed by the Trustees or, in the absence of action by the Trustees, as of the close of regular trading on the Exchange on each day for all or part of which such exchange is open for regular trading.

  • A Shareholder of each Series or Class thereof shall be entitled to either (i) one vote for each Share of such Series or Class thereof on any matter on which such Shareholder is entitled to vote or (ii) one vote for each dollar of Net Asset Value per Share determined at the close of business on the record date on any matter on which such Shareholder is entitled to vote.
