Network Interconnection Point definition

Network Interconnection Point means the physical location at which Interconnection between different Public Electronic Communications Networks takes place;
Network Interconnection Point. Delivery Point where the Recipient is the Operator of the downstream transmission network. A Network Interconnection Point may also be an Entry Point. Regional Network Interconnection Point: Delivery Point located on the regional transmission network where the Recipient is the Operator of the downstream transmission network. A Regional Network Interconnection Point is associated with a single Exit Zone.

Examples of Network Interconnection Point in a sentence

  • Should a Shipper be partially or totally replaced by another shipper for the supply of a Recipient at a Regional Network Interconnection Point, the Parties agree to reduce Daily or Hourly Delivery Capacity, Daily Transmission Capacity on the Regional Network and Daily Exit Capacity on the Main Network related to that point as specified in Appendix 2 to the Contract in the same proportions.

  • For any Consumer Delivery Point and for any Regional Network Interconnection Point, the Shipper has the option of subscribing annual Interruptible Capacity, provided all Firm Capacity has been sold at that point.

  • GRTgaz shall be released from its delivery obligations under the terms of the Contract at a Regional Network Interconnection Point in the event that the Interconnection Agreement in respect of the said point is not entered into, is suspended or is terminated, or that the Operator concerned fails to comply with its obligations under the terms of the said Interconnection Agreement.

  • A Regional Network Interconnection Point is associated with a single Exit Zone.

  • This term is applied to a capacity level equal to the Daily Delivery Capacity of the aforementioned PLC and corresponds to a tariff reduction of 50% (fifty per cent) on the Firm Daily Entry Capacity on the nearest Network Interconnection Point to the PLC, and of 50% (fifty per cent) on the Firm Daily Exit Capacity of the Main Network for the PLC.

  • GRTgaz is under no obligation to deliver to a Network Interconnection Point, on any Day, a quantity of Gas with an Energy Content in excess of the Daily Exit Capacity at this Network Interconnection Point.

  • Daily Entry Capacity and Daily Exit Capacity at the Network Interconnection Point as defined in the Sub-clause entitled “Backhaul Capacity” in Section B.

  • This request is deemed to be equal to the difference between the shipper’s Nomination and the Initial Operational Capacity on that Network Interconnection Point (over-nomination).

  • Daily Delivery Capacity at the Regional Network Interconnection Point ▇▇▇▇▇▇ allocated by GRTgaz is strictly equal in quantity and duration to the capacity allocated by the Operator of the adjacent network.

  • GRTgaz’s obligations in respect of the characteristics and the pressure of the Gas delivered at any Transport Storage Interface Point or at any Network Interconnection Point or at any Regional Network Interconnection Point are defined in the Interconnection Agreement relating to the relevant point.

Related to Network Interconnection Point

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same.

  • Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
