Network Unavailability definition

Network Unavailability means the average number of minutes per six month period for which services on the network are not available due to a disturbance, failure or scheduled unavailability to a Network.
Network Unavailability means that the MHO network was not available to the Customer. Network Unavailability will not include unavailability resulting from: Scheduled Maintenance means any maintenance of the MHO Network (or portion thereof). Customer will be notified of the date, time, and duration of any maintenance that is likely to affect their service via E-mail at least two (2) business days in advance of the scheduled time. In most cases, maintenance will not take the full maintenance window; however, MHO will inform the Customer as to the anticipated duration in the maintenance notification E-mail.
Network Unavailability means the percentage equal to the total number of minutes in a Billing Month during which a Supplier Dedicated Internet Access Service circuit is not available to exchange data between the Customer and the global Internet due to a Network Outage, divided by the total number of minutes in a Billing Month.
