Note Issuance Date definition

Note Issuance Date means the date on which Notes are issued by the Issuer;
Note Issuance Date means the date on which Notes are issued by the Issuer and notified by the Purchaser to the Seller;
Note Issuance Date means the date of the issuance of the Note.

  • On the Exchange Note Issuance Date, the Servicer will deposit in the Exchange Note Collection Account an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Cutoff Date Payahead Amount and (ii) all Active Lease Proceeds, Terminating Lease Proceeds and Closed Lease Proceeds (excluding Recoveries) received and applied on the Leases during the period from the Cutoff Date to two Business Days before the Exchange Note Issuance Date.

More Definitions of Note Issuance Date

Note Issuance Date means the date set forth at the top of this Note.
Note Issuance Date means the date of issuance of the Note.
