Notes definition

Notes shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
Notes is defined in Section 1.
Notes has the meaning assigned to it in the preamble to this Indenture. The Initial Notes and the Additional Notes shall be treated as a single class for all purposes under this Indenture, and unless the context otherwise requires, all references to the Notes shall include the Initial Notes and any Additional Notes.

More Definitions of Notes

Notes means, collectively, the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes.
Notes the collective reference to any promissory note evidencing Loans.
