NTP Date definition

NTP Date means the “Full Notice to Proceed Date” (or any such similar term as defined in the EPC Agreement).
NTP Date means the date on which the Full Notice to Proceed is delivered by Owner.
NTP Date means with respect to each Project, the date on which the Company that owns issues the EPC Contractor full notice to proceed with construction of such Project.

  • The NTP Date is the date the Design-Builder is authorized, subject to Section 6.3 (Access to Project Site) and Section 6.4 (Commencement of Construction Work), to commence all Work.

  • Any Work commenced prior to the NTP Date will be at the Design-Builder’s risk and the Design- Builder will not be entitled to compensation under this Agreement until the NTP Date in accordance with this Agreement.


More Definitions of NTP Date

NTP Date means the date on which City issues the Notice to Proceed to Tenant with respect to the Project.
