Objection Date definition
Objection Date means the date by which Settlement Class Members must mail their objection to the settlement for that objection to be effective. The postmark date shall constitute evidence of the date of mailing for these purposes.
Objection Date means the date by which objections to the settlement from Settlement Class Members must be filed with the Clerk of Court in order to be effective and timely and shall be sixty (60) days from the Class Notice Date.
Objection Date means the date by which Class Members must file with the Court through the Court’s electronic case filing (“ECF”) system and mail to Class Counsel and counsel for Defendant their objection to the Settlement. If Purchaser delivers such Objection Notice by the Objection Date, any lien, encumbrance or other matter appearing on the Title Commitment or Survey which is not objected to in such Objection Notice shall not constitute an Objection and shall be deemed a Permitted Exception.
If Purchaser fails to deliver an Objection Notice by the Objection Date, then Purchaser shall be deemed to have waived its right to object to any liens, encumbrances, or other matters appearing on the Title Commitment or Survey, and the same shall not be deemed Objections and shall be deemed Permitted Exceptions.

Objection Date means the date agreed upon by the Parties or otherwise ordered by the Court by which Class Members must submit any objection to the Settlement Agreement’s terms or provisions and submit any required statements, proof, or other materials and/or argument.
