The term “Total Shareholder Return” means, for the Company and each of the Peer Companies, the company’s total shareholder return, expressed as a percentage, which will be calculated by dividing (i) the Closing Average Share Value by (ii) the Opening Average Share Value and subtracting one from the quotient.
The term “TSR” means, for the Company and each of the Peer Group companies, the company’s total shareholder return, expressed as a percentage, which will be calculated by dividing (i) the Closing Average Share Value by (ii) the Opening Average Share Value and subtracting one from the quotient.
At the end of the Performance Period, the TSR for the Company, each Peer Company in the Peer Group and each Reference Company shall be calculated by dividing the Closing Average Share Value (as defined below) by the Opening Average Share Value (as defined below).
TSR for the Company and each company in the Peer Group will be calculated by subtracting the Closing Average Share Value from the Opening Average Share Value (plus dividends and distributions during the Performance Period) then dividing that result by the Opening Average Share Value.
