Opening Value definition
Opening Value means, with respect to any company, the average of the closing prices per share of the company’s common stock for all trading days in the 30 calendar day period beginning on and including the first day of the Performance Period, assuming any dividends paid during the 30 calendar day period are reinvested in the company’s common stock on the ex-dividend date.
