Operating Limits definition

Operating Limits means the limits and constraints described in APPENDIX 9: OPERATING LIMITS relating to the operation of the Project beyond which Seller is not obligated to operate the Project for any reason.
Operating Limits means, with respect to any Supply Resource, the Design Limits and the maximum electric generating ability, minimum electric generating ability, maximum ramp rates, limits on reactive power output, and the like, that must be respected by the operator of such Supply Resource in order to comply with Good Utility Practice, as such information relating to the Supply Resource is provided by DYPM to IP and, if necessary, to MISO, from time to time.
Operating Limits means the voltage, current and energy limits (i.e., the submodules’ voltage limits)

  • The Parties shall ensure that appropriate monitoring facilities are installed as required to provide for electric power quantities or equipment loading to enable monitoring of System Operating Limits, meet requirements of each of NERC and NPCC, and for determining Interconnection Facilities inadvertent energy accounting.

More Definitions of Operating Limits

Operating Limits has the meaning set forth in Section P of the Gates Transaction.

Operating Limits. The Facility’s Operating Limits reflect the dispatch limitations, scheduling limitations, maintenance requirements, physical operating limits, etc. as specified in the original equipment manufacturer/ architect engineer/ vendor specifications which are to be provided by the Seller to the Department (60) sixty days after the Initial Delivery Date or as soon as possible thereafter as such data is provided by the third party. The Department and the Seller agree that the specific Operating Limits set forth below are intended to reflect these specifications and limitations and according to the Department’s dispatch of the Facility must not conflict with the Operating Limits and with CAISO requirements.
