The Borrower shall not make loans or advances to, or Investments in, any Person, except for (i) Permitted Investments and (ii) Investments in the form of Permitted Swap Agreements and (iii) so long as no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, loans or advances to, or Investments in, Parent and its subsidiaries, including the Operating Utilities pursuant to the terms of a Financial Services Agreement.
