Operator Changes definition

Operator Changes has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.1 of the AGTA.

Examples of Operator Changes in a sentence

  • The Detail Specification for each aircraft may be amended (i) by Boeing to reflect the incorporation of Manufacturer Changes and Operator Changes or (ii) by the agreement of the parties.

Related to Operator Changes

  • Major Change means a change in the Employer’s program, production, organisation, physical workplace, workplace arrangements, structure or technology that is likely to have a Significant Effect on Employees.

  • Non-Administrator Dialysis Facility means a Dialysis Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Generator Operator means the Person that Operates the Generating Facility and performs the functions of supplying electric energy and interconnected operations services within the meaning of the NERC Reliability Standards.

  • Operational means that the system or sensor, at the time of the event, is active or can be activated/deactivated by the driver.
