Optimer Improvements definition

Optimer Improvements means any Other Sole Inventions of Optimer and, to the extent owned by Optimer, Other Joint Inventions that, in either case, constitute improvements, enhancements, or modifications of any Macrolide Antibiotics, Cempra Products, or other technology claimed in the Optimer Patents listed on Schedule 1.30, or which would be useful or necessary in the manufacture, use, or sale of Cempra Products.
