Nestlé will pay or procure the payment of all the Option exercise payments under this ARTICLE II by telegraphic transfer in immediately available funds to an account of the Company (such account being nominated in writing by the Company to Nestlé no later than five (5) Business Days before the relevant Option Completion Date).
