Other Collocation Space definition

Other Collocation Space means the space within the CO that can be designated for Physical Collocation where infrastructure systems do not currently exist and must be constructed. The designation of Other Collocation Space is applicable to space within the CO only; other Eligible Structures such as CEVs, huts, and vaults are considered “Active” Collocation Space.

Related to Other Collocation Space

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • Open space means undeveloped land, a naturally landscaped area, or a formal or man-made landscaped area that provides a connective link or a buffer between other resources.

  • Premises Building Partial Damage means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is less than fifty percent (50%) of the then Replacement Cost of the building.

  • the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract

  • Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.
