Other Premises definition

Other Premises means premises in the Building other than the Premises;
Other Premises means any building or place, including the land upon which the premises are located, which is occupied or used for
Other Premises means the following two facilities, to the extent space is rented by Seller at such facilities: Facility located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (space rented by Seller from Estes Innovative and Warehousing) and facility located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (space rented by Seller from North State Express, Inc.).

Examples of Other Premises in a sentence

  • Landlord shall give Tenant at least one day prior notice of the substitution of the Other Premises for the original or previously substituted premises, which notice shall describe the location of the Other Premises.

  • Landlord’s obligation to offer the Additional Space to Tenant shall be strictly conditioned and Tenant shall have no rights whatsoever with respect thereof or otherwise under this Paragraph 32 unless, no event of default exists under this Lease at the time of Tenant’s receipt of the Lease Offering Notice and Tenant’s election to lease the Other Premises.

  • Should another interested party come forward with an offer to lease the Other Premises (“Other Offer”), the Landlord will be within its rights to enter into negotiations with such party and should such Other Offer be successfully negotiated with another party, the Landlord will have no further obligations to the Tenant.

  • The Tenant shall have five (5) business days after receipt of the Landlord’s Notice to advise the Landlord that it wishes to enter into negotiations with the Landlord to lease the whole of (and not part of) such Other Premises by giving written notice (“Negotiation Notice”) to the Landlord.

  • For security purposes, we may regularly record via video certain areas of the Premises or Other Premises.


More Definitions of Other Premises

Other Premises means the premises relating to the Other Loans.
Other Premises means all premises other than Dwellings, including the land upon which the premises is located, which is used for other than residential purposes.
Other Premises means a Parcel or Building which is occupied or used for Commercial. Industrial or Institutional purposes or which is a Premises containing more than four dwellings.
Other Premises means any land, improvements, vegetation, animal life, water or air (excluding the Premises), whether publicly or privately owned (and including without limitation any disposal facilities such as sewers or landfills) which have become contaminated by Hazardous Materials placed thereon by Tenant, its agents and employees. The term "Premises" includes, in addition to the real property and improvements, the airspace above the Premises, all substrata, and all groundwater located underneath the Premises.
Other Premises means any co-working or serviced office center of JustCo or any Group Company other than the Premises;
Other Premises means all buildings, used for religious worship, all licensed public burial grounds used exclusively for this purpose, public schools, Government administrative offices and youth hostels;
Other Premises means all of the land, the leased improvements and intangibles leased by Landlord or Other Landlord to Tenant or Other Tenant pursuant to the Other Leases.
