Without limiting the foregoing, a Broadcom Product must incorporate hardware products or components (other than AMD Technology or Broadcom Owned Improvements) that Broadcom or its Subsidiaries have designed and are commercializing or intending to commercialize.

The Seller has not received any notice in writing alleging that the Leased Real Property or the Owned Improvements fail to comply with applicable zoning laws or the building, health, fire and environmental protection codes of applicable governmental jurisdictions.
