Owned Improvements definition

Owned Improvements means all buildings, improvements, structures and Fixtures now or on the Closing Date located on the Owned Real Property, including, without limitation, landscaping, parking lots and structures, roads, drainage and all above ground and underground utility structures, equipment systems and other so-called "infrastructure" improvements.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, a Broadcom Product must incorporate hardware products or components (other than AMD Technology or Broadcom Owned Improvements) that Broadcom or its Subsidiaries have designed and are commercializing or intending to commercialize.

Related to Owned Improvements

  • Leased Improvements shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(b).

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by any Group Company, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other Third Party upon the expiration or termination of the Lease for such Leased Real Property.
