Park Improvements definition

Park Improvements means fencing, landscaping, drainage and irrigation, trails, restrooms, changing rooms, and playground and playing field equipment;
Park Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in the Parkland Agreement included herewith as Exhibit E.
Park Improvements means the improvements and amenities as described more specifically on the Site Plan.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the changes requested by Landlord shall not: (a) "materially increase" the cost of construction of any portion of the Entire Development Improvements, and (b) shall not delay completion of the Tenant's Mixed Use Project and the Park Improvements by more than ninety (90) days beyond date referenced in Section 5.3 (b) for completion.

  • Upon completion of the Park Improvements, Tenant shall provide Landlord with commercially reasonable evidence of the total Park Improvement Costs incurred by Tenant.

  • Provided that Tenant does not elect to terminate this Lease pursuant to the express terms of this Lease, Tenant will, at its sole expense, cause its architect ("Tenant’s Architect") to complete all exterior elevations and a detailed site plan for the Tenant's Mixed Use Project Improvements and the Park Improvements (collectively, the "Plans"), however, Tenant shall coordinate its further design of the Park Parcels and the Park Improvements with Landlord’s Parks and Recreation Director.


More Definitions of Park Improvements

Park Improvements means the improvements to the segment of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Creek Linear Park and certain property adjacent thereto for which the TIRZ and Arlington Stadium Hotel Creek Developer, LLC entered into that certain Development and Reimbursement Agreement on June 1, 2019 concerning the construction and reimbursement of said improvements, as depicted on Exhibit “H” attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Park Improvements means the improvements and enhancements to the Park to be constructed by the City at an estimated cost of $1,300,000, as more fully described in Exhibit J hereto.
Park Improvements means improvements constructed by the Developer within the Whisper Valley Ranch Park that serve the community and residents of the Project. Examples include, but are not limited to, pedestrian trails/path/bridges, sports fields, community swimming pools and related facilities, playgrounds, community centers and other recreational amenities, signs, trash receptacles, landscaping and irrigation systems.
Park Improvements means the improvements listed in Section 4.55.300 B.3.
