Examples of Participant User in a sentence

  • Participant shall require that all of its Participant Users comply with the applicable requirements of this Agreement and Applicable Law and shall promptly take appropriate action in the event that Participant knows, or reasonably should have known, of a violation of the Agreement by a Participant User.

  • Participant will be responsible for any breach of this Agreement by a Participant User.

  • Each Participant shall employ a process by which the Participant, or its designee, uses the credentials issued pursuant to Section 6.02 to verify the identity of each Participant User prior to enabling such Participant User to Transact Message Content.

  • Comply, and ensure that each Participant User complies, with this Agreement.

  • Verify the identity of each Participant User, including identity-proofing under accepted standards in the health care industry for individuals with access to PHI.

  • Each Participant shall employ a process by which the Participant, or its designee, validates sufficient information to uniquely identify each person seeking to become a Participant User prior to issuing credentials that would grant the person access to the Participant’s System.

  • The Participant or Participant User, if he/she/it is a Health Care Provider, shall be responsible for all decisions and actions taken or not taken involving patient care, utilization management, and quality management for his/her/its respective patients and clients resulting from, or in any way related to, the use of the Network standards, services and policies agreed to by the Participants pursuant to this Agreement or the Message Content made available thereby.

  • Message Content obtained though a Message is not a substitute for any Participant or Participant User, if that person/entity is a Health Care Provider, obtaining whatever information he/she/it deems necessary, in his/her professional judgment, for the proper treatment of a patient.

  • Vendor has no role in verifying the accuracy of Health Data received from Participants or verifying whether a Participant, Participant User, or other individuals designated by Participant to receive Alert Messages are authorized to send, receive, use or disclose particular information and/or Health Data.

  • Participant will have, during the term of this Agreement, enforceable agreements with its Participant Users that require the Participant User to comply with the relevant terms of the Agreement and Applicable Law as to use of the HIE and Use and Disclosure of Data from the HIE and any Participant User requirements contained in the Policies and Procedures.

Related to Participant User

  • Participant ID means each unique identifier assigned to a Participant other than a DMA Customer by BSEF for access to the SEF operated by BSEF.

  • Participant Group means you, each of your holding companies and subsidiaries and each subsidiary of each of your holding companies (as each such term is defined in the Companies Act 1985); and

  • Program participant means an individual certified by the secretary as a program participant under Iowa Code section 9E.3.

  • Participant contract means a contract by which a sponsored captive insurance company insures the risks of a participant and limits the losses of the participant to the assets of a protected cell.

  • Participant has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(d).
