Payment Processing Service definition

Payment Processing Service has the meaning given to it in Clause 4.1(a);
Payment Processing Service means the Card payment gateway services, which may be powered by one or more third party suppliers, you access and use to route Card based payments you accept from a Service User to submit for authorization and settlement to the Merchant Acquiring Bank.
Payment Processing Service means providing a Person, directly or indirectly, with the means used to charge or debit accounts through any payment mechanism, including ACH Debits. Payment Processing Services include, no matter how performed: (a) reviewing or approving applications of DRSPs to be customers of Corporate Respondents;

  • The cost for these services shall be presumed to be included in the Payment Processing Service and/or Point of Sales (POS) Terminal fees.

  • Customer shall pay the fees for the Payment Processing Service agreed to by Customer in a separate addendum.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Customer acknowledges and agrees that “restricted transactions” as defined in the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 and Regulations GG, as they may be amended from time to time (“Restricted Transactions”) issued thereunder are prohibited from being processed under these Processing Terms or through the Payment Processing Service.

  • The Master Services Agreement, together with this HOA Service Addendum, shall constitute one “HOA Payment Processing Service Agreement” for the HOA Payment Services, the terms and conditions of which shall be binding upon both parties and shall govern the establishment and continued use by Customer of the HOA Services.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Claims processing services means the administrative services performed in connection with the processing and adjudicating of claims relating to pharmacist services that include:

  • processing aid means any substance not consumed as a food ingredient by itself, intentionally used in the processing of raw materials, foods or their ingredients, to fulfil a certain technological purpose during treatment or processing and which may result in the unintentional but technically unavoidable presence of residues of the substance or its derivatives in the final product, provided that these residues do not present any health risk and do not have any technological effect on the finished product;

  • payment initiation service means a service to initiate a payment order at the request of the payment service user with respect to a payment account held at another payment service provider;

  • Alternate Billing Service (ABS) means a service that allows End Users to bill calls to accounts that may not be associated with the originating line. There are three types of ABS calls: calling card, collect and third number billed calls.
