PCI Data definition

PCI Data means, as applicable, payment card number, cardholder name, expiration date, card verification code or value, service code, and/or security-related information used to authenticate cardholders and/or authorize payment card transactions
PCI Data means the following information relating to payment cards, which are defined in the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard:
PCI Data means credit card information within the scope of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. “PHI Data” means any protected health data, as defined under HIPAA.

  • Client also agrees that it will comply with the relevant portions of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (PCI) when collecting, accessing, storing, processing or otherwise using credit card information from its users.

  • Invoice Cloud will comply with applicable Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council's PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Invoice Cloud will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality, security, safety, and integrity of all Personal Data, including physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to mitigate against unauthorized access or use and protect against known or foreseeably anticipated threats to the security or integrity of such data.

  • Each Party agrees to fully comply with any applicable Payment Card Industry ('PCI") Data Security Standard ('PCIDSS"), as amended from time to time.

  • You acknowledge and agree that when using RingCX Services, You will not record or store Cardholder Data (“CHD”) as that term is defined by the PCI Data Security Standard.

  • You may not transmit and/or store PHI Data, PCI Data or ITAR Data within the Hosted Services unless you have specifically purchased a Purchased Offering for that applicable regulated Hosted Services environment (as identified in an Order).


More Definitions of PCI Data

PCI Data means Cardholder Data (including, without limitation, Primary Account Number, cardholder name, expiration date, and Service Code) and Sensitive Authentication Data (including without limitation full magnetic stripe data or equivalent on a chip, CAV2/CVC2/CW2/CID, PINs/PIN block), as such terms are defined by the PCI Security Standards Council.
PCI Data shall include but not be limited to (i) credit card primary account number; and (ii) cardholder names, card service codes or card expiration dates when combined with the primary account number.
PCI Data means all credit card and account information protected under PCI Security Standards.
PCI Data means payment card information data. That is, any data related to card holders' names, credit card numbers, or other credit card or financial information as may be protected by State and/or federal law.
PCI Data means the results, information and data generated from PCI Clinical Research and included in the NDA and/or the IND.
PCI Data means Cardholder Data as defined by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”) v3.2, Cardholder Name excluded, “Protected Health Information” has the meaning set forth in HIPAA, “Educational Records” has the mean set forth in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”) and “Sensitive Personal Data” as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR or other applicable data protection legislation.
