Peer Performance definition

Peer Performance means the results of actual bank performance as compared to Peer Banks and Performance criteria established by the Compensation Committee of the Board. Peer banks are those publicly traded banks in New England and Mid-Atlantic with asset size between one half and twice that of Rockland Trust, with strong commercial balance sheets, and no significant ownership concentrations. Banks primarily located in New York City are excluded.

Examples of Peer Performance in a sentence

  • In the case of the public announcement of a merger or other business combination involving two Peer Companies in which following the closing of such transaction neither Peer Company will survive, both Peer Companies will be immediately removed from the Peer Performance Group as of the beginning of the Performance Period.

  • Your Total Stockholder Return Performance Factor, expressed as a percentage, will be determined in accordance with the table below based on the Corporation’s Percentile Ranking of TSR against the Peer Performance Group for the Performance Period; provided, however, that, notwithstanding anything in this Award Agreement to the contrary, if the Corporation’s TSR for the three-year Performance Period is negative, the maximum Total Stockholder Return Performance Factor shall not exceed 100%.

  • Peer Performance Review is voluntary in the sense that the employee to be evaluated may decline to participate in the peer performance review.

  • Each company’s Average TSR shall be ranked among the Average TSRs for each other company in the Peer Performance Group on a percentile basis (using the Excel PERCENTRANK function), taking into account any changes to the Peer Performance Group or ranking changes made during the Performance Period in accordance with Section 3.1(a) – (e) (the “Percentile Ranking”).

  • Each company’s Average TSR shall be ranked among the Average TSRs for each other company in the Peer Performance Group on a percentile basis (using the Excel PERCENTRANK function), taking into account any changes to the Peer Performance Group or ranking changes made during the Performance Period in accordance with Section 3.1(a) – (d).

  • Each company’s Average TSR shall be ranked among the Average TSRs for each other company in the Peer Performance Group on a percentile basis (using the Excel PERCENTRANK function), taking into account any changes to the Peer Performance Group or ranking changes made during the Performance Period in accordance with Section 3.1(a) – (e).

  • The Subcommittee after the end of your Performance Period shall compute the Total Stockholder Return for the Corporation for such Period and shall compute and rank the Total Stockholder Return for each corporation in the Peer Performance Group.

  • The Corporation shall be included as a member of the Peer Performance Group.

  • The Total Stockholder Return for the Corporation and for each corporation in the Peer Performance Group shall be rounded to the nearest hundredth of a percent based on the standard convention for rounding.

Related to Peer Performance

  • Final Performance means the Final Valuation Price divided by the Initial Price(Settlement) each in respect of the Worst Performing Underlying Asset as calculated in respect of the Final Valuation Date. "Final Valuation Date" means 29 November 2027, subject to adjustment.

  • Index Performance means, in relation to an Index and an Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, as the case may be, a percentage calculated by the Calculation Agent in respect of such date in accordance with the following formula:

  • Total Performance means that the entire Work, except those items arising from the provisions of any warranty, have been performed in accordance with the Contract;

  • Energy Performance Score means the numeric rating generated by Portfolio Manager that compares the Energy usage of the building to that of similar buildings.
