Per Share Warrant Value definition

Per Share Warrant Value means the difference resulting from subtracting the Exercise Price from the Closing Price on the Trading Day immediately preceding the Exercise Date.
Per Share Warrant Value means, with respect to any exercise (in whole or in part) of this Warrant the difference resulting from subtracting the Exercise Price from the Trade Price of one share of Common Stock on the Trading Day immediately preceding the Exercise Date.
