Performance Location means the location or locations where the Services will be delivered and carried out by the Supplier, as specified by the Customer and confirmed in the Service.

Related to Performance Location

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.
