Performance Stock Option definition

Performance Stock Option means an option granted under Section 4.6 of this Plan, the exercise of which is contingent upon the attainment of specified performance objectives.
Performance Stock Option means an Option which is subject to conditions which render it a Performance Stock Option under applicable law.
