Performance Test Return definition

Performance Test Return means the amount expressed in percentage terms in accordance with the following formula: (C1 — B1) / B1 B1 and C1 are as defined in the definition of Return.
Performance Test Return means the amount expressed in percentage terms in accordance with the following formula: (C1 - B1) / B1 where B1 and C1 are as defined in the definition of Return.
Performance Test Return means the amount expressed in percentage terms in accordance with the following formula: (C1 — B1) / B1

Related to Performance Test Return

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Performance Tests means all tests meant to ensure that the Plant(s)/Unit(s) is/are in all respects in accordance with the requirements of the Contract and that the Plant functions properly and smoothly, in all respects as per the approved design parameters, within the permissible tolerances, and satisfies all the stipulated operating parameters, and will include the Guarantee Tests.

  • Performance Monitoring System has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1.2 in Part B of Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • Performance Milestone means any of the milestones described in Section A2 (Performance Milestones) of attached Exhibit A (Start-Up License Schedule).

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).
