Performance Testing definition

Performance Testing means the performance testing set forth in Attachment 7.

Performance Testing means any of the Performance Tests set forth in Exhibit D-1.

Performance Testing means the sub-phase of Facility Start-Up commencing upon Interim Acceptance of the Work and ending with Practical Completion of the Work, during which the Owner performs a pre- planned program of testing and inspecting and the Contractor corrects Contract Deficiencies.

Performance Testing means volume (throughput) and stress (benchmarking) testing in order to determine if the Customized Product can accommodate Sprint volume projections using specific criteria (established pursuant to this Agreement) and if the system can perform required processing loads within the specified timeframes (established pursuant to this Agreement).

Performance Testing means the start-up testing described on Exhibit C to the De Smet Agreement performed in accordance with Section 5.8 of this Agreement.

Performance Testing means the tests, conducted in accordance with the Testing Procedures, by which Contractor demonstrates that Unit 6 and the Unit 5 Scrubber meets, for Substantial Completion, the Minimum Performance Guarantees, or for Final Completion, the Performance Guarantees.

Performance Testing means testing of the physical protection measures and the physical protection system to determine whether or not they are implemented as designed; adequate for the proposed natural, industrial and threat environments; and in compliance with established performance requirements;

Performance Testing has the meaning set out in Section E.3.6.1 of Schedule 18;

Performance Testing means testing conducted to verify a simulation facility’s performance as compared to actual or predicted reference plant performance.
