Performance Threshold definition

Performance Threshold means the performance objective(s) set forth on the Notice, if any, which must be satisfied in order for any Stock Units to become vested, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
Performance Threshold means, in relation to any Performance Period, the minimum level of performance that must be achieved with respect to the Performance Measure in order for an award to become payable pursuant to Section 2.5 hereof.
Performance Threshold means a specified, pre-established level of achievement of one of the Company’s Performance Measurements.

  • Unless otherwise required under this Agreement as a result of the occurrence of a Change in Control, no amounts shall be delivered or paid unless the Committee certifies that the Performance Threshold has been satisfied for the applicable Performance Year.

  • If the Total Shareholder Return upon the date of the applicable Class P Liquidity Event is greater than one Class P Performance Threshold and less than the next Class P Performance Threshold, a ratable portion of the Class P Common Units with the higher Class P Performance Threshold shall become entitled to participate pro rata in such Class P Liquidity Event.

More Definitions of Performance Threshold

Performance Threshold means the minimum level or levels of achievement of the Performance Criteria applicable to a Plan Year which must be attained for any portion of an Annual Incentive Award to be earned. If the Performance Threshold is other than the Performance Target, the Committee shall establish and terms of the Annual Incentive Award shall set forth, in addition to the Performance Target, the Performance Threshold, the amount of the Annual Incentive Award payable if the Performance Threshold is achieved, and the manner of determining the amount payable if the actual level of performance is between the Performance Threshold and the Performance Target.
Performance Threshold means the annualized monthly Portfolio Credit Losses as a percentage of the aggregate Outstanding Balances of all Loans measured at month-end on a rolling three months basis.

Performance Threshold with respect to a given fiscal year shall be satisfied if the Economic Value Added (“EVA”) for the fiscal year is $5 million or more from the prior fiscal year. EVA equals after tax operating profits less a charge for debt and equity capital. Equity capital is charged at a rate equal to the weighted average cost of debt and equity.
Performance Threshold means One Million Four Hundred Eighty Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Two and No/100 Dollars ($1,480,472.00) during each Fiscal Year (and prorated for any partial Fiscal Year) during the Term, and increasing each Increase Date by three percent (3%) over the previous year.
