Pipeline Licences definition

Pipeline Licences means such pipeline licences granted under the Petroleum Pipelines Act 1969 (WA) in respect to the Pipelines.

Examples of Pipeline Licences in a sentence

  • Subject to and in accordance with approved proposals and the Pipeline Licences and in compliance with the Pipelines Act (as modified by this Agreement) and other applicable Laws, the Joint Venturers shall in a proper and workmanlike manner and in accordance with recognised standards for pipelines of a similar nature operating under similar conditions construct the Project Pipelines, access roads and associated infrastructure and works within the relevant Project Titles.

  • Location The natural gas transmission pipeline network (and associated infrastructure and equipment) known as the Tasmanian Gas Pipeline (the Pipeline) licensed under Pipeline Licences, extending from Longford, Victoria to Port ▇▇▇▇▇ and Bridgewater, Tasmania.

  • The Parties acknowledge that in connection with the transfer of the Pipeline Licences, Vendor is required to transfer sufficient documentation to satisfy the transferor statement on the AER digital data submission system.

  • Unless otherwise determined by a Special Resolution of the Management Committee, the Tenements and Pipeline Licences will be maintained in force and renewed during the term of this agreement, and each Participant will take all action necessary on its part to maintain and renew the Tenements and the Pipeline Licences.

Related to Pipeline Licences

  • Generation Licence means an electricity generation licence granted or treated as granted pursuant to section 6(1)(a) of the EA 1989 that authorises a person to generate electricity;

  • exploration licence means an exploration licence under Part 2 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990;

  • Licences - means conditional use of another party’s intellectual property rights.

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • FCC Licenses means the licenses, permits and other authorizations, including any temporary waiver or special temporary authorization, issued by the FCC to the Seller in connection with the conduct of the business and operation of the Stations.
