Portal Content definition

Portal Content means Content that is free to the User and that is available without entering a username and password.
Portal Content means information, data and other content made available on, through or via the Portal; "Procedures" shall have the meaning given in the Membership Agreement;
Portal Content means Content that the User does not have to pay an additional fee to view (either separately or as part of a service the User receives from Client).

More Definitions of Portal Content

Portal Content means all text, pictures, sound, graphics, video, data and other material created without the assistance of Developer or its Representatives (as defined below) and without reliance on the Confidential Information of Developer incorporated into the Portal System, including but not limited to, data or information posted to blogs, forums or discussion boards and audio/video submissions, but excluding all text, pictures, sound, graphics, video, data and other material provided in or through the Smart Online Applications or any third party applications.
Portal Content means AT&T Content and Synacor Content.
Portal Content means all Content on the Portal apart from Student Uploads.
