Previously Performance Vested Unit Number definition

Previously Performance Vested Unit Number means, (i) with respect to the first Realization Event, zero and (ii) as of any subsequent Realization Event, the Total Performance Vested Unit Number as of the immediately preceding Realization Event.

Related to Previously Performance Vested Unit Number

  • Non-Performance Charge means the charge applicable to Capacity Performance Resources as defined in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 10A(e).

  • Vested LTIP Units has the meaning provided in Section 4.4(d) hereof.

  • Performance-Based Restricted Stock means Shares issued or transferred to an Eligible Individual under Section 9.2.

  • Qualified Performance-Based Award means an Award intended to qualify for the Section 162(m) Exemption, as provided in Section 11.

  • Vested Units means those Units listed as vested Units in the books and records of the Partnership, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
