Priority 2 Error definition

Priority 2 Error means a significant Error in the Maintained Software that results in inconvenience to users of the Maintained Software, but for which a workaround or avoidance procedure is available.
Priority 2 Error means major feature/function failure of the CiteRight Product which severely restricts production operations. A workaround is available.
Priority 2 Error. Critical problem with significant business impact to you. A viable workaround exists, you need a fix other than a workaround, but can wait until next scheduled Update.
