Processing Systems definition

Processing Systems means back-end processing systems developed by CheckFree and Sub.
Processing Systems means the computer programs owned by United, which include Cosmos and UNET and other United designated systems, and which United operates for health care claims processing and adjudication and other business functions. The listing of such Processing Systems is attached as Exhibit N and shall be amended from time-to-time to include additional systems designed by United.
Processing Systems means SolutionLabs.com (co.uk) or any derivative thereof made available to the Client by the seller.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.
