Program Accounts definition

Program Accounts means Medicare Accounts, Medicaid Accounts and any other Account with respect to which the obligor is the United States or any state of the United States (or any agency thereof) including, for the avoidance of doubt, receivables relating to Medicaid Supplemental Payments.
Program Accounts means investment accounts with Folio.
