You are not permitted to opt out of receiving the Program Communications while enrolled in the Program.
Girls Who Code provides additional opportunities for Club Students, including special events, workshops, contests, and Outside School Programming and may use Student Data as set forth in the Agreement (as modified by Ex. H) to send Program Communications (as defined in Ex. H) to School Club Participants about these additional opportunities.
I understand and agree that PADI Members (“Members”), including BDDSR, and/or any individual PADI Instructors and Divemasters, associated with the program in which I am participating, are licensed to use various PADI Trademarks and to conduct PADI training, but are not agents, employees or franchisees of PADI Americas, INC or it’s parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations (“PADI”).
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this Agreement and any notices or other communications regarding your Profile and/or your use of the Program ("Communications"), may be provided to you electronically and you agree to receive Communications in an electronic form.
You may withhold or withdraw your consent to electronic delivery which will alert PBSI that thereafter you want to receive all Program Communications in paper format.
Notwithstanding your consent to electronic delivery, you may continue to receive paper copies of Program Communications that are not available electronically or are otherwise required to be delivered on paper.
You further agree that neither your request for paper copies of a document nor any delivery of paper copies of a document to you will imply that the previous electronic delivery of any documents or Program Communications to you were not good and effective.
Provider may also process Student Data for adaptive or personalized learning purposes and to provide Program Communications (as defined below) to all account holders.
This section shall not be construed to limit the ability of Provider to use Student Data for adaptive learning or customized student learning purposes with the LEA’s students, including for sending Program Communications to all account holders.
Such Program Communications are not considered Targeted Advertising.
