Program Concepts definition

Program Concepts means the concepts, techniques, ideas and know-how embodied and expressed in any computer programs or modules included in the Software, including their structure, sequence and organization.

  • At the request of Verint, you shall furnish Verint with a signed statement that the Product and the Program Concepts are being used pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
