Program Content means all content, information or other material, in whole or in part, available through the Programs or otherwise via the Services, including but not limited to lectures, speeches, discussions, comments, video lessons, quizzes, tests, presentation materials, homework assignments, programs, code, and other images, text, layouts, arrangements, displays, illustrations, documents, materials, audio and video recordings, HTML and files.
