Developer Tools Clause Samples

Developer Tools. If you have purchased a license for the developer tools, you may use the developer tools, in machine-readable form only and for modification and enhancement of the SOFTWARE for internal business use only. The developer tools may not be used to design or develop any products to be sublicensed or distributed.

Developer Tools. Rocket Software is not responsible or liable for Licensee’s development or use of additional software code or software products (“Licensee Software”) using software developer tools licensed by Rocket Software and Licensee will defend and indemnify Rocket Software against any claims, damages, costs, losses or expenses related to the development or use of the Licensee Software.

Certain parts of the Developer Tools provided from us to you have been (and will be in the future) released by Judopay under an Open Source licence and are or will be subject to the terms of the applicable Open Source licence. 5.2. It is your sole responsibility to comply with the terms of any Open Source licences required to use the Service.

Developer Tools. During the Term, Pave will provide the Company, Authorized Users, and any other users authorized by the Company in accordance with the relevant Service Order (if any) with certain access to the Services that are set forth in one or more Service Orders. During the Term, and subject to compliance with this Agreement, Pave grants to the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, revocable, non- exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable (except as provided herein), limited license, solely for the Company’s internal purposes and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, to access and use the Services to use, copy, store, and create derivative works (such as charts and analytics), from the Market Data. Use of the Services may be further limited by the terms and conditions contained in any applicable Service Order.

Developer Tools. If the Licensee creates additional software code or software products using software developer tools licensed by CC to Licensee (collectively “Licensee Software”), CC shall not be responsible or liable in any way for the development or use of such Licensee Software and Licensee shall defend and indemnify CC against any claims, damages, costs, losses or expenses related to the development or use of the Licensee Software.

Developer Tools shall own all right, title, and interest to the Developer Tools, and any of its content. Client shall have the right to use the Specifications and Web Site for the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.

Developer Tools. Developer shall integrate into the Game any software development kit or tool that Publisher requests for the purpose of user acquisition, cross game promotion or any other requirement that maximises the commercial exploitation potential of the Game.

Developer Tools. Provider retains all rights to proprietary tools, processes, and methods used in the maintenance of the website.

Developer Tools. COMAEA is not responsible or liable for Licensee’s development or use of additional software code or software products (“Licensee Software”) using software developer tools licensed by COMAEA.
