Software Developer definition

Software Developer means a legal entity or other organization that actually organizes, or directly carries out, the development of a piece of software and assumes responsibility for the accomplished software, or a natural person who independently completes, relying on his own conditions, the development of a piece of software and assumes responsibility therefor;

Software Developer means a software developer who provides Ibis with Software to provide pursuant to the Software Developer’s Licence Agreement.

Software Developer means a person who creates software formats and electronic document information according to system’s e-file specifications;

Software Developer means any company whose business includes the development and marketing of software applications;

Software Developer means software developer provided to the Project by the undersigned Participant pursuant to Section 2.1 below, or by another Participant pursuant to an agreement similar to this Agreement, or by ONF.

Software Developer agrees that the trade secrets and technology embodied in the Work and any Derivative Work or Derivative Product to which Business Patent Co. acquires the exclusive rights hereunder, any information disclosed by Business Patent Co. to Software Developer or Software Developer's accountants or attorneys under Section IX, and any other information concerning Business Patent Co.'s marketing plans, Business Patent Co.'s existing or future products (including the Work and Derivative Works or Derivative Products), the existing or future products of hardware manufacturers, any methods of protection employed by Business Patent Co. or such manufacturers to prevent unauthorized duplication of software programs, the terms of this Agreement, and any other confidential business or technical information disclosed by Business Patent Co. to Software Developer in the furtherance of this Agreement shall be held in strict confidence and shall not be disseminated or disclosed to any other party without the express written consent of Business Patent Co.. The obligations of this Paragraph shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement. This Paragraph shall not apply to algorithms or programming techniques of general applicability which were developed by Software Developer prior to entering into this Agreement.

Software Developer means the legal entity, or in the case of a sole proprietor the full name of the individual, identified at the beginning of this Agreement.
