Program Design definition

Program Design means the description of consumer services offered by a facility, the functional characteristics of the consumers the facility will serve, and the resources available to meet individual service needs consistent with the facility's service level.
Program Design means the formulary that has been approved by County, which includes the pricing, co-payments, deductibles, maximum quantities, maximum days, benefit eligibility, benefit limitations, price calculations, formularies, and dispensary guidelines and other related items.

Related to Program Design
