Program Partner definition

Program Partner means any registered electronic waste collection site, electronic waste consolidation facility, electronic waste recycling facility, or electronic waste collector that has an agreement in place to accept electronic waste as part of an electronic waste acceptance program.
Program Partner means Ampol Australia Management Pty Ltd (ACN 000 139 953).
Program Partner means a “program partner” of the Company or its Subsidiaries as used by the Company in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009.

More Definitions of Program Partner

Program Partner means the other organisations and businesses required to undertake the Program or any part of the Program as set out in the Program Funding Approval Form and Schedule 3: Program Deliverables of this Agreement.
