Media Content Sample Clauses

The Media Content clause defines the rules and permissions regarding the use, distribution, and ownership of media materials such as images, videos, audio, or other multimedia content within an agreement. Typically, it specifies who holds the rights to the media, how it may be used by each party, and any restrictions or obligations related to its publication or modification. This clause ensures that both parties understand their rights and responsibilities concerning media content, thereby preventing disputes over intellectual property and clarifying usage boundaries.
