Project Evaluation. The City shall evaluate this project based on the objective(s) stated in the Part B. Failure by the Subrecipient to provide the level of service stated herein may result in a determination by the City to modify the level of payment to the Subrecipient on a pro rata basis with level of service.
Project Evaluation means the project evaluation described in Article F.1.0 (Project Evaluation).
