Project Guidelines definition

Project Guidelines has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 1.1.
Project Guidelines means the Guidelines and Project Evaluation Criteria attached hereto as Annex “B1” and “B2”, respectively, against which each proposed project shall be evaluated prior to the Trustees approving same and against which each Project shall be evaluated after completion thereof;
Project Guidelines means the Project Guidelines mentioned in Section 3.04 of this Agreement;

  • The term CHANGE ORDER refers to a written document, CHANGE ORDER AGREEMENT, executed by both parties to this Agreement setting forth and authorizing changes to the agreed upon Scope of Professional Services and Tasks, Compensation and Method of Payment, Time and Schedule of Performance, or Project Guidelines and Criteria as such were set forth and agreed to in the initial AGREEMENT, SUPPLEMENTAL TASK AUTHORIZATIONS, or previous CHANGE ORDERS issued thereto.

More Definitions of Project Guidelines

Project Guidelines means, as the case may be, either: (a) The then-current (i) Product Team Lifecycle Plan (as approved by the Company), (ii) Annual Project Operational Plan (as approved by the Company); (iii) the terms set forth under this Agreement; and (iv) other guidelines and policies as may be established by the Company from time to time; or -- (b) In connection with the first [ * ] following the Effective Date and only to the extent a Product Team Lifecycle Plan and Annual Project Operational Plan has not been approved by the Company the (i) [ * ] Plan; (ii) the terms set forth under this Agreement; and (iii) other guidelines and policies as may be established by the Company from time to time.
Project Guidelines means a set of guidelines adopted by Subrecipient and approved by the GLO governing the implementation of the Subrecipient’s local Buyout and/or Acquisition projects under this Contract.

Related to Project Guidelines

  • Design Guidelines means the Fernkloof Estate architectural design guidelines to control all aspects of design and landscaping of any development within the Fernkloof Estate dev elopment, as amended from time to t ime in terms of the constitution of the MPOA or as required by the Council , a copy of the current draft which i s av ailable for inspection at the offices of the Association;
