Project Operations definition

Project Operations means all acts matters and things done from 1 May 2009 until completion of mining and satisfaction of all rehabilitation requirements at Glenfine in relation to the carrying on of mining within the area of MIN 5492.”
Project Operations means the carrying out of the Works, the carrying out of Sub-hubco’s Pre-Completion Commissioning and Sub-hubco’s Post-Completion Commissioning, the management and provision of the Services and the performance of all other obligations of Sub-hubco under this Agreement from time to time;

Project Operations means functions, duties and labor associated with Project Facilities.
