The Regular Construction Conferences shall address at least the following: (i) Project Progress Schedule reviews, updates and look-aheads; (ii) outstanding and open matters from prior Construction Conferences; (iii) coordination of installation activities; and (iv) other matters relating to the construction of the Assigned Project.
If CONTRACTOR is not responsible for, and did not cause the risk of exposure to, the Hazardous Materials that caused the interruption in the Work, CONTRACTOR will be entitled to a Change Order in accordance with Section 6.13, of the Lump Sum Contract Price and Project Progress Schedule in connection with interruption of Work due to Hazardous Substances.

If CONTRACTOR is delayed at any time in ------------------------------ the progress of the Work, unless otherwise permitted by this Contract, by (i) any act or neglect of OWNER, or any employee of OWNER, or by such act of a separate contractor or agent employed by OWNER, or (ii) Force Majeure (as defined in Article 14), then the Project Progress Schedule shall be extended as provided in Section 6.13.
A detailed description of Rock School Project Progress Schedule is attached as Exhibit B to this Agreement.
The schedule must be consistent with the Project Progress Schedule required under Article 3.1.2.
A detailed Project Progress Schedule indicating the state of ----------- Work is attached hereto as Section 4.1 of Exhibit A and hereby incorporated into this Contract.
