  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement the Minister may at the request of the Company or in respect of matters relating to approved proposals at the request of the relevant Project Proponents from time to time extend or further extend any period or vary or further vary any date referred to in this Agreement or in any approved proposal for such period or to such later date as the Minister thinks fit whether or not the period to be extended has expired or the date to be varied has passed.

  • If the Administrator reasonably believes that any information accompanying the application for deduction is incorrect or inadequate, a notification will be sent by the Administrator, to the Project Proponents of the inadequacy.

  • If the Administrator determines that a deduction allowed pursuant to this Agreement was greater than the amount to which the Project Proponents are entitled, the Administrator may demand from the Project Proponents, an amount equal to the difference between the amount allowed and the amount to which the Project Proponents are not entitled.

  • Project Proponent means the individual or organization that has overall control and responsibility for the Project, or an individual or organization that together with others, each of which is also a Project Proponent, has overall control or responsibility for the Project. The entity(s) that can demonstrate Project Ownership in respect of the Project. For the avoidance of doubt where an individual executes this Representation in their capacity as an authorized office holder of the company who is the Project Proponent, this Representation is made by the company, not the authorized office holder;

  • Project Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

  • Project Architect means the architect retained by Lessee to design and supervise construction of the Improvements.

  • Construction material means an article, material, or supply brought to the construction site by the Contractor or a subcontractor for incorporation into the building or work. The term also includes an item brought to the site preassembled from articles, materials, or supplies. However, emergency life safety systems, such as emergency lighting, fire alarm, and audio evacuation systems, that are discrete systems incorporated into a public building or work and that are produced as complete systems, are evaluated as a single and distinct construction material regardless of when or how the individual parts or components of those systems are delivered to the construction site. Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.
